Pemenang Piala Oscar 2019

The 91st Academy Awards
Penghargaan demi penghargaan tiada hentinya mengalir pada penyanyi sekaligus aktris Lady Gaga. Setelah memenangkan piala di Golden Globe Awards dan memborong Grammy Awards, kini giliran Academy Awards 2019 yang memberinya piala. Kategori yang ia menangkan kali ini adalah Best Original Song. Sebenarnya di Academy Awards tahun ini Lady Gaga masuk dua nominasi, namun sayang di kategori Best Actress dia dikalahkan Olivia Colman lewat perannya sebagai ratu Anne di film The Favourite.

Green Book, film yang mengusung konflik rasisme antara kulit putih dan kulit hitam berhasil keluar sebagai Best Picture. Sedangkan Best Director jatuh kepada sutradara film Roma, Alfonso Cuaron.

Pemenang Razzie Awards 2019

The 39th Golden Raspberry Awards 
Sesuai tradisi, sehari menjelang pembagian Academy Awards atau lebih dikenal dengan Piala Oscar, selalu dihelat The Golden Raspberry Awards atau biasa disingkat Razzie Awards, yang memberi penghargaan pada yang paling buruk di antara yang terburuk di industri perfilman Hollywood. Mereka yang berhak menentukan pemenang Razzie Awards adalah para wartawan atau jurnalis, penggemar film hingga kritikus fim yang tergabung dalam Golden Raspberry Award Foundation.

Dalam penganugerahan yang berlangsung pada Sabtu, 23 April 2019 waktu Amerika Serikat, Presiden Donald Trump memborong semua penghargaan dari nominasi yang didapatkannya yaitu Worst Actor dan Worst Screen Combo. Untuk Razzie Awards 2019, film Holmes & Watson mendominasi. Film karya sutradara Etan Cohen menerima total empat penghargaan dari enam nominasi yang diraihnya. Ini termasuk Worst Picture dan Worst Director.

Daftar Lengkap Pemenang Brit Awards 2019

The 39th Brit Awards
Setahun setelah digelar bulan Februari  2018 silam, acara pemberian penghargaan tertinggi untuk insan musik Brit Awards yang diselenggarakan untuk ke-39 kalinya kembali dihelat di The O2 Arena London pada hari Rabu (20/2/2019) malam waktu setempat.

Tahun ini Dua Lipa yang mengantongi empat nominasi cuma berhasil menggondol gelar British Single of the Year lagu kolaborasinya dengan Calvin Harris. Kategori International Female Solo Artist jatuh kepada Ariana Grande setelah berhasil mengungguli Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Christine and the Queens dan Janelle Monae. Rapper asal Kanada, Drake membawa pulang gelar International Male Solo Artist.

Malam itu penyelengara Brit Awards juga membagikan Special Achievement Awards kepada Ed Sheeran (Global Success Award), Calvin Harris (British Producer of the Year), serta P!nk (Outstanding Contribution to Music).

Pemenang Grammy Awards 2019

The 61st Annual Grammy Awards 
Ajang penghargaan musik terbesar dunia, Grammy Awards ke-61 akhirnya selesai digelar di Staples Center, Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat pada hari Minggu malam waktu setempat atau Senin pagi waktu Indonesia.

Lady Gaga kembali menorehkan prestasi di perhelatan Grammy Awards 2019, malam itu perempuan yang bernama asli Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta berhasil menggondol tiga piala Grammy dari lima nominasi yang didapatkannya tahun ini yaitu Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Best Song Written for Visual Media serta Best Pop Solo Performance. Pemimpin nominasi terbanyak tahun ini, Kendrick Lamar cuma membawa pulang satu piala Grammy untuk kategori Best Rap Performance dari delapan nominasi yang diterimanya. Sedangkan penyanyi country Kacey Musgraves berhasil merebut kategori Album of the Year. Selain berhasil merebut kategori bergengsi Album of the Year, Kacey Musgraves juga memborong semua nominasi yang didapatkannya yaitu Best Country Album, Best Country Song dan Best Country Solo Performance.

The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences atau NARAS selaku penyelenggara Grammy Awards juga memberikan penghargaan MusiCares 2019 Person of the Year kepada penyanyi country Dolly Parton. Penyanyi berusia 73 tahun tersebut menjadi penyanyi country pertama yang mendapat penghargaan tersebut setelah sebelumnya menerima Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award pada tahun 2011 silam.
