Pemenang MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023

2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Pemenang ajang penghargaan MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 telah diumumkan pada hari Minggu 7 Mei 2023 waktu setempat. Ajang tahunan tersebut awalnya dijadwalkan akan diadakan di Barker Hangar di Santa Monica, California, dan dipandu oleh Drew Barrymore karena adanya aksi mogok penulis naskah yang tergabung dalam Writers Guild of America akhirnya upacara penghargaan tidak diadakan dan diganti dengan presentasi hanya siaran tanpa pembawa acara. 

Di kategori film, Scream VI memenangkan MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 dikategori Best Movie. Sementara aktris Jenna Ortega berjaya dalam kategori Best Performance in a Show. Tom Cruise diganjar Best Performance in a Movie untuk perannya di film Top Gun: Maverick. Selain itu, juga ada Selena Gomez yang berhasil meraih piala Best Music Documentary, melalui lagunya My Mind & Me. Sementara kategori Best Song diraih oleh Taylor Swift dengan lagu Carolina. 

Sementara itu, dalam kategori serial televisi, The Last of Us, memenangkan tiga dari lima kategori nominasi. Serial The Last of Us terpilih menjadi Best Show, Best Hero untuk Pedro Pascal serta Best Duo untuk Pedro Pascal dan Bella Ramsey.
