Lainey Wilson berhasil meraih kemenangan besar dalam ajang tahunan tersebut yaitu dengan menyabet lima piala. Piala yang berhasil dibawa pulang yakni Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Artist-Songwriter of the Year dan Music Event of the Year.
Chris Stapleton berjaya di kategori Male Artist of the Year. Dia mengalahkan Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Jelly Roll dan Morgan Wallen. Sedangkan legenda musik country Alan Jackson diganjar penghargaan Lifetime Achievement Award yang pertama pada malam itu.
