Ini adalah gelar kedua bagi Colin Farrell setelah memenangkan kategori tersebut
pada tahun 2009 silam lewat film In Bruges. Michelle
Yeoh akhirnya memenangkan piala Golden Globe Awards untuk pertama kali
dalam 40 tahun kariernya, berkat penampilan dalam Everything Everywhere All at
Once. Dia mengalahkan Lesley Manville, Margot Robbie, Anya Taylor-Joy dan
Emma Thompson di kategori Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture — Musical or Comedy. Kemenangan
Michelle Yeoh ini jadi kemenangan kedua untuk film Everything Everywhere All at
Once setelah sebelumnya Ke Huy Quan meraih piala dalam kategori Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture.

Murphy secara resmi menjadi penerima Cecil B. DeMille Award. Penghargaan Cecil
B. DeMille Award merupakan penghargaan yang diberikan dalam ajang Golden Globe
Award. Sebuah kehormatan yang diberikan oleh The Hollywood Foreign Press
Association (HFPA) selaku penyelenggara acara untuk jasa besar dan dedikasi
seseorang terhadap dunia perfilman, baik itu aktor dan aktris, sutradara,
penulis dan produser. Eddie Murphy sendiri telah enam kali masuk nominasi di
ajang Golden Globe Awards dan baru sekali menang di kategori Best Performance
