Daftar Pemenang Grammy Awards 2016

The 58th Annual Grammy Awards
Grammy Awards yang diberikan oleh The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) adalah salah satu dari penghargaan musik terbesar di Amerika Serikat (bersama Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards, MTV Music Awards dan Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony). Grammy Awards dianggap sebagai setaraf dengan Academy Awards dalam bidang musik. 

Grammy Awards ke- 58 sudah digelar. Bertempat di Staples Center, Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat, acara bergengsi dunia musik itu telah mengumumkan siapa saja yang menjadi pemenang. Dengan host LL Cool J, acara ini menampilkan serangkaian penampilan panggung spektakuler musisi papan atas pada hari Senin (15/2) malam waktu setempat, atau Selasa (16/2) pagi waktu Indonesia. 

Pianis muda Indonesia yang berusia 12 tahun, Joey Alexander yang masuk dua nominasi untuk kategori ‘Best Improvised Jazz Solo’ serta ‘Best Jazz Instrumental Album’ di Grammy Awards tahun ini, gagal membawa pulang piala yang berbentuk gramophone tersebut. Kegagalan Joey Alexander di Grammy Awards 2016 tentu menjadi sesuatu hal yang tidak kita inginkan. Akan tetapi, masuknya Joey Alexander sebagai nominasi Grammy Awards 2016 telah mengharumkan nama Indonesia di kancah musik dunia.
