Film Green Book menjadi film yang mencatat kemenangan terbesar dalam Golden Globe Awards 2019. Film ini berhasil membawa pulang piala dikategori Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting in any Motion Picture dan Best Screenplay – Motion Picture. Sedangkan film Vice yang mengantongi nominasi terbanayk malam itu, yaitu enam moninasi Cuma berhasil menggondol satu piala di kategori Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy.
Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) selaku penyelenggara juga memberikan penghargaan khusus kepada Jeff Bridges (Cecil B. DeMille Award) atas dedikasinya yang luar di dunia perfilman selama enam dekade.
